Los Olivos, located in the beautiful city of La Mirada in Southeast Los Angeles County, is an ideal first-time homebuyer condominium complex with over 300 Studio, One-bedroom and Two-bedroom homes. Los Olivos has many amenities including tennis courts, pools, spa, volleyball court, green-belts and laundry facilities all within a gated community. Los Olivos is near the Santa Ana (I-5) Freeway, The La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, Shopping Centers, Post Office and Public Transportation.

HOA Board Meetings are held the 4th Monday of every month, unless otherwise posted, except December, in which there is NO meeting.

The May meeting of the Board of Directors will be Wednesday, May 27th, due to the Memorial Day holiday.

PARKING: All parking is by assignment
Each unit is assigned a numbered spot in which to park. Residents have the right and responsibility to have any unauthorized vehicles towed from their spot, at the vehicle owner's expense. (see homepage for current towing company information). All motor vehicles shall have current registration stickers, be operable and in good repair

All vehicles parking within the Los Olivos property limits must have an identification permit to be placed in the rear window of their vehicle. Management/Security must be able to contact the Owner, or Owner's tenant of each vehicle at all times. Each owner will receive (1) guest pass to be shared with visitors on a temporary basis. Each guest pass is numbered and will be provided along with the regular permits. Guests may park for a maximum of 72 hours, after which the vehicle is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense

There is guest parking on Ocaso Ave. outside the gates, and also near gate 2, on Adelfa Street, which is inside the gates. All assigned spots are numbered.
