All parking is by assignment
Each unit is assigned a numbered spot in which to park. Residents
have the right and responsibility to have any unauthorized vehicles
towed from their spot, at the vehicle owner's expense. (see homepage
for current towing company information). All motor vehicles shall
have current registration stickers, be operable and in good repair
parking within the Los Olivos property limits must have an identification
permit to be placed in the rear window of their vehicle. Management/Security
must be able to contact the Owner, or Owner's tenant of each
vehicle at all times. Each owner will receive (1) guest pass
to be shared with visitors on a temporary basis. Each guest pass
is numbered and will be provided along with the regular permits.
Guests may park for a maximum of 72 hours, after which the vehicle
is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense
on Ocaso Ave. outside the gates, and also near gate 2, on Adelfa
Street, which is inside the gates. All assigned spots are numbered.
