Satellite installation procedures and guidelines for homeowners and tenants of Los Olivos Condominiums It is been decided by the Board of Directors (effective January 1, 2009) that satellite dishes will be allowed in the common areas at Los Olivos Condominiums providing proper procedures for installation and service are strictly adhered to. These procedures are designed specifically to minimize the damages done to the common area. With everyone's cooperation the damage done by improperly installed satellite dishes will be eliminated. In order for the process to begin the homeowner will be required to notify the Los Olivos Management Company of their intent to have a satellite serviced or installed. The homeowner will then be required to sign a satellite service/installation agreement. Download and print the agreement by clicking here. This agreement will outline these procedures and notify the homeowner of their responsibilities surrounding the servicing/installation process. The homeowner or tenant will then be given the name of an approved satellite service-installer. This service-installer will have exclusive permission to gain access to common areas for the purposes of servicing or installing satellites. Only this installer will be allowed to service or install a satellite dish of any kind. Is the homeowner's responsibility to contact the approved satellite service/ installer after the approval is given for the service or installation. Any unauthorized installations after date of this policy will be removed from the common areas and the homeowner will be held responsible for all costs and/or damages. Any single address at Los Olivos is limited to two exterior cables. |
